We have family visiting this week so I took today off to extend the weekend and spend more time together. It has been perfect weather lately- in the mid 80's during the day, followed by cool nights perfect to sit outside in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine. We've been cooking on the grill and dining poolside every night, which always relaxes me. What a difference the extra day makes with a long weekend-I was so relaxed all day Saturday and Sunday even I was surprised. So today I will keep a low profile, enjoy the desert and do something fun.
